What must the wine analysis report contain?
An analysis report per wine (level of alcohol, glucose + fructose sugars, total and volatile acidity, SO2, excess pressure from carbon dioxide for sparkling)
Which wines are allowed to compete?
All vintages are allowed in the competition.
How many products can be presented?
You are not limited in the number of products you can present. Wine merchants must have a mandate for the presentation of wines they do not own.

How many samples need to be sent?
Wines: 3 labelled bottles per wine must be sent to the address indicated on the form. Please always send your bottles upright, never lying down, as this significantly reduces the risk of glass breakage. You are welcome to send your registered wines before uploading the analyses.The wines must have a label and a cap.

Yes. A beer can be presented in more than one category, with more than one style.
How many samples need to be sent?

What milk products can compete?
All cheeses and dairy products from across the world are authorised to compete. Cheese and dairy are defined as products prepared with all or part of the milk from cows, goats, sheep, buffalo or other animals. Cream desserts, rice puddings, ice creams and other desserts must be made primarily from dairy products. The final composition of the product must be at least 50% milk or dairy products.
Can the products be prepared, cooked or reheated on the day of the tasting?
No. Samples must not undergo any transformation before evaluation by jurors: no cooking, reheating, mixing or preparation other than cutting the product or opening the packaging.

There is no limit to the number of products you may present.

Which charcuterie products can compete?
All charcuteries in the world are authorised to compete, i.e. any product made from meat or meat preparations from butchered animals, poultry, rabbits and game, processed under a system that guarantees quality and consumer protection.A product is not authorised if it contains Specified Risk Materials or mechanically separated meat. In France, these products must comply with the Code des Usages de la Charcuterie, de la Salaison et des Conserves de viande or with a PDO, PGI or TSG specification.
Can the products be prepared, cooked or reheated on the day of the tasting?
