Frankfurt International Trophy - Wine, Beer & Spirits Edition 2025
On 4 and 5 April 2025, the historic ballroom of the Gesellschaftshaus Palmengarten in Frankfurt opened its doors for the 9th edition of the Frankfurt International Trophy. Around 500 tasters from all over the world took part in the event, which is not only a tribute to the diversity of drinks, but also to the cultural and economic importance of Frankfurt. This year, the competition recorded over 3,500 samples from 44 countries, which were judged in the categories of wine, beer and spirits. The result reflects the high quality of the entries, with a total of 1,143 products being honoured with the coveted medals. Of these, 128 samples received Grand Gold (92 points or more).
Frankfurt International Trophy - Cheese and Dairy Products, Ham and Sausages - Edition 2025
On December 13, 2024, the Frankfurt International Trophy opened its doors for the first edition for ham and sausage products and the third edition for cheese and dairy products. Around 135 tasters from all over the world took part in the event. Almost 510 cheese and dairy products from 15 countries were tasted at the 3rd edition of the Frankfurt International Trophy. The approximately 160 ham and sausage products tasted make the competition an unmissable event for all ham and sausage producers.
A total of 152 cheeses and dairy products and 51 hams and sausages were awarded the coveted medals, of which 79 samples were awarded the Grand Gold medals (92 points or more).
Frankfurt International Trophy - China Edition 2026
On October 31, 2025, the second edition of the Frankfurt International Trophy – China Edition took place in the historic city of Xi’an and proved to be an outstanding success.
Experts, sommeliers, passionate enthusiasts, and buyers gathered for this prestigious competition. The meeting of this globally renowned event with an ancient capital boasting thousands of years of history created a unique fusion of Chinese and Western cultures—a true harmony between historical depth and modern vitality.
As the most comprehensive competition in China, this year’s edition marked a breakthrough across all eight categories of alcoholic beverages, including Baijiu, wine, beer, yellow wine, brandy, whisky, and fortified wine. Each product showcased the craftsmanship and distinctive traditions of brewing, distilling, and aging from diverse regions.
