Michael Kammermeier: new honorary president of the Frankfurt International Trophy 2025

The experienced chef Michael Kammermeier has been presiding over the fate of the ENTE at the Hotel Nassauer Hof in Wiesbaden and enriching its dishes with his culinary talent for over 15 years.

The ENTE is a renowned gourmet restaurant that has retained its precious Michelin star for four decades non-stop, not forgetting the 16 points in Gault & Millau. No other restaurant in Wiesbaden can boast such an accolade.

Now 46 years old, Michael Kammermeier began his career in haute cuisine with Heinz Winkler, a three-star chef, at the Residenz in Aschau, and Stefan Marquard, who has also won a Michelin star, in Meersburg and Munich.
