Markus Pape is the next honorary president of the wine, beer and spirits competition
For the 2023 edition, Markus Pape, chef at the Meisenheimer Hof restaurant, in Meisenheim (15 Gault & Millau points ), is the honorary president of the Frankfurt International Trophy.
Since 2013, he has been hard at work in the kitchens of the Meisenheimer Hof, where he delights guests with regional delicacies. Combining local products and world cuisine, Markus Pape strives for a cuisine that is innovative yet anchored in tradition.
