JRE - Jeunes Restaurateurs becomes partner of the competition

- Jeunes Restaurateurs, an association of young top chefs, becomes a partner of the international wine, beer and spirits competition, the Frankfurt International Trophy
- The association with more than 300 young top chefs from 15 countries thus strengthens the awareness of the competition's winners in gastronomy

Mainz/Cologne, 08.02.2021 - The Frankfurt International Trophy announces the Association - Jeunes Restaurateurs (JRE) as its new partner. The cooperation intends to further raise awareness of the competition and to communicate the winners of the competition more effectively in the world of the gastronomy. Starting with the next edition of the Frankfurt International Trophy, a top chef from the more than 70 JRE members in Germany will take over the honorary presidency of the Frankfurt International Trophy each year.

"Never ending Passion" is the theme of this international association with more than 300 young top chefs from 15 countries. In Germany, 40 years ago, young committed chefs joined forces to give new impulses to the Germany culinary art. With 67 members, the Jeunes Restaurateurs Germany form one of the strongest JRE national associations.

The current Guide Michelin honors the performance of the German JRE members with a total of 54 stars. "We offer our guests a unique pleasure atmosphere, in the urban bistro as well as in the rural Gourmet Castle," says Alexander Huber, president of the German section.
